Forgot password, email not being sent

  • Please try to explain this fairly simply if you can help. I haven’t had to use my password to login to my admin panel in quite sometime, and I’ve tried entering both my username and email in the lost password screen multiple times and haven’t received anything. How else am I supposed to get in?
