    I am using:
    Wordpress 5.5
    WooCommerce 4.4.1

    However, when i try to do forgot password, there is no email coming in from the website.

    I have tried:
    reached out to the Website Host Provider (not the email account provider) and they “cleared the the common woocommerce cache exclusions” for this WordPress Install with the WooCommerce Plugin.
    Those pages are:
    /my-account
    /shop
    /cart
    /checkout

    have the host support checked the PHP mail, and they said it is working fine
    and the host also doing email check test from my website, and the email are sent.

    can you guys help me with this issue?

    Hi @tjoamegawaty

    To begin, I would recommend you install the (free) WP Mail Logging plugin. This plugin will log all outgoing mails so you can see what is being sent.

    It’s pretty common for emails to get rejected by email providers when the email is generated by _localhost_, which is what WordPress does by default. To remedy this issue, you’ll need to set up an SMTP email plugin to send mail for you. The free plugin WP SMTP is a good option for that.

    Hello.

    We have installed the WP Mail Logging Plugin, and from that we already tracked that the email is indeed really sent, but it doesn`t show up on the email.
