When I click on lost password (
nils-franke.com/wp-login) it takes me to https://nils-franke.com/lost-password/How to change this using FTP and reset my password so i can log in again.

I have no idea what is munging that link in your login modal but if you have other users you’ll want to fix that.
Try killing off your plugins and going to a default theme for a bit after you get back in and see if that fixes the issue.
