forgot my password

  • Hi everyone (MOSTLY WORDPRESS)

    I have a big dilemme.

    I cant remember my password. They can see that i havent logged in for months.
    When i push the “forgot password” button and enter my email/or username it says i do not excist.

    Ive triede numbered variations, and nothing works.
    My brother recently updated my computer and acidently deleted my important files.

    WHAT DO I DO.

    It is active! I still get email, and when i check at my hostmaster (dk-hostmaster.dk) everything is payed for.

    I just want to log in.

    Please help me.

  • There are a number of ways to change your password if you can’t get the automatic mailer to work. Research your options.

    Are you certain you’re entering the correct username or email address when submit a lost password request?

    Yes im entering the correct email and username.

    It just doest work any of the options

    Schulte / okey the wierdest thing just happend. now 2 days AFTER ive pushed the “forgot password” button and sent them my email a thousand times i got an email with an option to change my password – eventhough it said i didnt exisct
