Forgot my login

    I’m sure there’s been a million threads about this kind of thing, but I’ve not found one that specifically addresses my problem.

    I setup WordPress on my server many months ago, got really busy, and never returned to it. Now I can’t remember my login. I know there’s a way for me to get my password, but that’s useless to me without a login. Can someone tell me how to go about tracking that down?

  • The default login is “admin”.

    If you have phpMyAdmin, you could use that to look through the wp_users table to remind yourself of the login.

    Thanks. I just figured that out…

    Login or password? You can always use the forgot password link., when trying to sign in. Default account is Admin and some random generated password, might want to check your email archives.
