Forgot? Login URL Returns 404 Error, Page Not Found

The “Forgot?” link on both my designated sign-up form pages and the WP-Members Login widget is broken and I get a 404 page not found error. The link is this:
https://rviewhoa.com/members/profile/?a=pwdreset
Since the plugin uses WP’s native User system, wouldn’t it be valid to simply link to the native WP page for resetting a password:
https://rviewhoa.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
Am I missing something obvious or is this a bug? Thanks for any help!
I’m using latest WP Members plugin 2.8.10 on latest WP 3.8.1.
