Forgot login ID and password

  • I am getting following error

    There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

    I forgot my Login ID and password which i suppose should be [email protected], but unfortunately it is not. Can you please help me with it. I am a individual who does’nt know anything about programming. Would really appreciate any help

  • There should be a forgot password link on the login page. If the forgot password linking you will maybe need to look at the users table for your admin user and change the username/email address back to what it should be. If that is the case your site has probably been hacked and you need to do further cleaning to re-secure your site.     Also, do not share any login information publicly. This is bad for site security.
