Forester Theme Junkie Help

i have two questions regarding theme junkie forester theme

1) i have uploaded theme and installed over my blog but i cant remove links at footer which mentions all of the pages over my blog. i want to modify it according my necessity.i tried menus option but it manages only two menus one at the top and another at left side. Plese help me to modify that link

2) the theme options contains a option “Custom CSS” in general settings. I want to change my css style for changing menu bar color,font size and style,custom background color for theme and theme color etc. how should i generate code css code for the option given in forester theme options? I am not much aware about html coding so please also mention any CSS code generator for the above. Thanks in advance
