    Hi,
    I would like to know whether we can use Chinese, Japanese to setup Blocksy, for the Asian users,
    I hope to have your answer.

    You should be able to do this without any issues, as long as the project has had its translation completed by the community members.

    All WordPress-related translation efforts are community based. If you want, you can also contribute yourself to help your fellow Asian users. ??

    At this current point in time, I can see the Chinese language pack being 100%, while Japanese is 93%.
