forcing view full site even after disabling jetpack mobile

Hi everyone,

This issue has been driving me crazy!

I would like to automatically force mobile devices to display the Full Site however, when I access the site from mobile I get the very basic jetpack view.

I have disabled the jetpack view and cleared my cash both in WP , my browsers and mobile device. Still the same issue.

I even downloaded a plugin to clear cache…no luck

Also after you click “view full site” when accessing the mobile site, we are redirected to the mobile site but the url is this: https://www.zeeateliers.com/?ak_action=reject_mobile

I don’t want my users to have the ability to choose between mobile site and full site. What should I do to automatically direct them to the full site.

I am a newbie but happy to learn and try all options, appreciate your help!
