I set the background color of the email and also the main section to #ffffff, but in the Gmail app on my phone dark mode overwrites the colors. How can I be sure that the colors I set for the text and background is not replaced?

    Hi @tenchi39 ,

Thanks for reaching out to us! Hope you’re doing well.

The white color was overridden by the dark mode because the device controls the display view, and that applies not only to Icegram Express emails, but to other emails as well.?Here?is a document that explains the darkmode and its functionality on email and device displays in detail.

Therefore, it is not an issue with the Icegram Express since we have no control over receiver device settings or display. I hope you understand.

If you have any other questions or doubts, please let me know.

    Thank you!
