Forces field to be required

  • This plugin would be great if you could edit a field once it’s been added and it didn’t force the field to be required. I do not want the field to be required, did not check that box, yet it forces it to be required and again, you are unable to edit the new field so you cannot change that. Bummer because otherwise it is extremely easy to set up!

    We will shortly update you about the bug of required field. and Field edit functionality is under development. We will soon release a new version of ‘Woo Custom Checkout Fields’ Plugin with Field Edit functionality and some more features.

    For anyone wishing to edit their custom fields in the meantime you can do it from the backend databases (if you feel confident doing that).

    Go to the <prefix>_ccf table (for example wp_ccf) and you can edit from there ??

    P.S. Thank you for making this Auratechmind, it seems to be the only free way to do it!
