• No reason for you to spam with a “Your Feedback Please?” message, and on top of that, add a custom user meta entry for hiding it. Just a wasted entry in the database.

    Hi @iamonlythird,

It’s not a spam message its just general feedback so we can improve our plugin with our user’s important suggestions/feature requests. Also, about saving the entry in the database its just all about the WordPress standards we need to save the entry in the database for example if you have selected to never show you the feedback message again then using your selection we will not be showing you the feedback message anymore so we are not forcing any user. Hope you understand the situation.

Also, why are you adding an About page linked to the Dashboard, and not under the myCred (points) menu? I mean, what are you even thinking?

That is just another example of how spammy this plugin is.

It didn’t used to be like this when they previous developer was running it.

    Hi @iamonlythird,

This is just an Introduction / Welcome page of myCred which is available on the first install only.

Also, we have kept the About page away from the main menu of myCred points to avoid confusion for the user. Furthermore, this action provides better feasibility as this main menu is in the daily use of the users. Also, on this welcoming page, we have listed all the new features, changelog, and documentation for better user experience.

This page has been part of the myCred since the launch of the very first version.
