Forced user post content

  • I want to create a post editor that has mandatory areas to enter content. Here are the requirements:

    Every post must contain a featured image.
    Every post most contain a description of 250+ words.
    Every post most have an author bio; including optional links to their Facebook, Twitter, website etc. which are prominently displaced for readers to click on.

    I may have other requirements in the future, however, that’s the gist.The way I want to look, if possible, is as fields that are inside the post-editor text area. I have no clue about coding, so I’m thinking it would have to be a plugin or multiple plugins.

    I have been searching for ever, so if anyone can point me in the right direction I would be extremely grateful.
