forced survey to deactivate

It is outrageous for any developer to FORCE their users to do anything in order to deactivate this plugin. The developer added a forced survey that must be answered in order to deactivate the plugin from the admin dashboard. This kind of behavior is atrocious and gets an immediate lowest review rating possible from me. It’s inexcusable.
