    Thanks for reaching out to us. We are extremely sorry to hear that you had an unpleasant experience with the MetForm Plugin.

    However, we have made multiple attempts to replicate the problem on our development end. Watch this video to gain a better idea. Would you kindly let me know how to replicate this error? Please send us a video or Screenshot of the problem if at all feasible. This will assist us in reproducing the issue on our end and determining its primary cause.
