I’m installing All In One WP Security & Firewall on a fresh WordPress install using Twenty Fifteen theme. One of the criteria of the project is to have a forced logout. All is fine with the AIOWS until I enable the forced logout feature – then it starts looping the site immediately with the below:

    https://www.sitename.org/wp?aiowpsec_do_log_out=1&al_additional_data=1

And it then gives an error of too many redirects and I can’t get in. I’ve tried removing it, including the table in phpMyAdmin, and reinstalling/configuring just to make sure that it wasn’t a fluke, and it does it again.

Is there a fix for this? Is there a combination of settings that causes this? The first time that I tried it I had not enabled the redirect login page yet. The second time I did set that first and the outcome was the same.

    Thanks!

When you say it starts looping immediately, do you mean as soon as you save the force logout settings you are seeing issues? Or does the issue occur later when the time elapses?

Can you do some plugin/theme conflict tests to see if another plugin or your theme might be causing a conflict? (ie, deactivate all plugins except aiowps and perform some tests)

We will do some tests to see if we can reproduce what you’re seeing.
What value did you use for the “Logout the WP User After XX Minutes”?

It was as soon as it was enabled, but I figured it out. It was a plugin conflict with Ultimate Coming Soon.
