Thank you @t-p, I found the issue. WP FASTEST CACHE was behind all of this. It looks like this Plugin is unstable on my website.

Thank you for your post, I will keep in mind if this occurs to me again without this plugin.

By the way, can you recommend me some “light” plugin to make faster my website?
(Not WP FASTES CACHE or WP ROCKET)
