• WARNING: The simple fact that we were informed by our website that an error had occurred wit the plugin calculated-fields-form made us upgrade the plugin to the latest level. But we were NOT informed about the simple fact that this “update” resulted in a cripled functionality of the plugin calculated-fields-form!

Basic functionality like sending the form content by email was disabled and caused by this update. So to get our forms working we were forced to pay for the upgrade. And if we decided not to do so, all effort put into all the forms could be flushed down the drain!

The fact that you one is ambushed and forced to pay for existing functionality in an initially free version of the software that has been deliberately downgraded to an unusable level is just a scam!

    Hello @opensourcesupporter

I’m sorry, but the free plugin distribution has never included the features you are referring to like sending notification emails or exporting the submissions to a CSV file. If you have been using the commercial plugin version and your website updated it to the free one, it is because your WordPress has downloaded the update from the WordPress directory (the free one) instead of our servers (the commercial one). But if you installed the trial version of the commercial one, it is a trial with expiration time. Once the time interval expires for the trial expires, the plugin will install the next update from the WordPress directory.

    Best regards.
