Force webm in firefox

Hi I have a theme which supports many players yours is one of them. I love yours the best but unfortunately it will not allow m4v/mp4 to seek past buffer in firefox. this only happens in firefox. All other players do not show this issue. I would like to force flowplayer to fetch the webm file instead of the mp4 in firefox because it will seek and also it takes less bandwith.
Please just tell me how to force flowplayer to fetch webm in firefox. Currently flowplayer will fetch webm only in chrome. I have experimented with a video and only added a webm source and flowplayer played the webm in firefox perfectly. I need to keep all my m4v sources for apple users so I need to figure out a way to just force flowplayer to fetch the webm in firefox.
