Force user pass change after x logins

Hi,

I’m building a major healthcare institute; i want people to join and put effort task that suits him or her. Because nobody trust me, i want to be sure that employees are convinced that their information is save. Thats why i want i need a good plugin that forces users after X logins to change their password, can somebody help me finding a good plugin that contains that feature?
