    Hi

    I am getting email with

    In wp-admin/error_log, I get this
(replaced real domain with MY DOMAIN)

What is wrong (other support calls don’t help so far). I have disabled all plugins except this and still fails.

    Cheers

    Hi,

I’m sorry to not be able to help much; these log messages aren’t related to Easy Updates Manager, but come from the updater components in WP core. Possibly they suggest a third-party plugin that’s installed and active but not licensed for updates, resulting in blank information in some parts of the updates check.

    Thanks for your response.

I thought the directory indicated your plugin but now I see that it is not under the plugins folder!…

Doubt its licensing as there are no plugins installed and all plugins on site are correctly licensed anyway.

    Cheers
