Documentation is useless. Exclude UI only accepts posts and pages. No way to rebuild XML Sitemap.

    Hey @pao2,

You should be able to exclude any posts and any terms through our advanced sitemap settings. Are you experiencing any issues with these? If so, please let us know what you’re trying to do versus what is actually happening and we’ll be happy to take a look at this.

With regard to the difference between the XML and RSS sitemaps, this is intended. We’re of the opinion that search engines consume RSS sitemaps more frequently and they consider them for their news feeds, which is why the RSS sitemap only contains a limited amount of URLs by default. You can increase the amount if you like.

    Hi @pao2,

We haven’t heard back from you in a couple of days. I’m going to go ahead and close this thread for now. But if you’d like us to assist, please feel welcome to continue the conversation.

    Thanks!
