Force shipping to the customer billing address to Guest Checkout only

    Hi, how can I “Force shipping to the customer billing address” for guest that checkouts and Default to customer billing address for login users but have option to have checkbox and enter shipping address if they want.

    So, for guest checkout only Billing & Shipping will be same
    and for login users: they can have option to enter billing and shipping address?
