Force sender name not working

Hi!

Firstly, thank you. This is a fantastic plugin and we’ve tried a few. Everything is working smoothly. The only issue is it isn’t using the sender name we specified (we’ve set “Force sender name” as “yes”) but merges the Email and From name in the recipient’s mailbox instead.

It’s doing the following.
Email address is, for e.g.: [email protected]
Sender name: My Company
But the sender name/from name when landing in client mailbox is formatted like so: Info mycompany

I can’t find anywhere else where to set it.

Please advise?
