Force Retrieval

There are two ways. From the Logs menu item, choose Request from the Article drop down. Then click on the URL of the article you want and when you get to the web page, use the Get It tool to capture it.

For bulk retrieval, go to the Topics menu item and click on the Run AI Process. This will manually run the Request process to grab any articles that are requested and are available. It may not grab all of your outstanding requests as these may not have been fulfilled by our cloud process yet. You can also specify which Topics to run it for if you would like.
