Force Reload

Can you add the force parameter to your location.reloads? The site only reloads from cache after changing the settings, which means the settings don’t take proper effect. I’ve added the location.reload(true) myself for now, but might be sensible addition and would be nice if I wouldn’t have to redo it after every update.
