For the shop page that i created i disable user to view single page product and set the layout of the shop page to be fix as list view (https://snipboard.io/CSUTRD.jpg) . The description that was shown on the shop page is the short description which i did tried using <br></br> but it did not successfully move the word to new line and am not sure how to set the description to be display instead on the shop page.

Can you share how you fixed the layout as list view? Did you use a plugin, code snippet, or CSS for this? Also, are you building this site using a block? To assist you better, could you please share the site URL?

I see that you have purchased a theme that comes with the feature to disable users to view single-page products and set the layout of the shop page to be fixed.

May I ask what is the name of that theme?
Also, could you edit the product go to Short Description, and then share a screenshot?

Another possibility is that your site’s theme may be removing the HTML characters from the Short Description. It would be helpful if you could contact the theme developers and ask them about this issue.

The theme did not come with the feature to disable users to view single-page products, but this feature more to their assistance by providing a code to do so since i request their assistant to achieve that but the theme do have a feature that can set the shop page view to be either grid or line view.
