FOrce MP3 to download not stream (no zips, has to work on mobile)

Running wordpress 4.0

I have a page on my site where I give away a song for free. When you click download it downloads the mp3.

This seems to work fine on desktop. But on mobile it will stream instead.

I have been advised to create a zip but I don’t want users to have to unzip a file on their phone, it’s not something many people know how to do and requires and extra step.

I was also told I could add some PHP code to the directory where the file is. But I would have to do this for every file, and I am not a coder, nor website guy, I just make music. So this is not easy. Id rather use a plugin for this. Or a code I can edit in wordpress once, rather then every time.

How can I get it, so when you click the link on an iPhone or android phone, the m3 downloads to the phone to be stored and played later at any time?
