Hi, there is no settings in the lite version to accomplish what you seek although it can be done utilizing the action hook triggered when a post is viewed and that requires a coding knowledge to pull off.

In the premium version however, this can be achieve by simply activating global redirect. By so doing, users won’t be able to see any part of your site until they are logged in.
