Force First and Last Name

  • Hello there,

    I would like to thank you for this wonderful plugin and I just installed it and figured that it does what it says only when I click the Update Existing Users button, do you have any method to do the same for the newly registering usres at the time of registering? So that I do not have to click every time a new user registers.

  • Hi. Love the plugin but am having the same issue. new people register to my system all the time and it would be good if this plugin could catch them without me having to run it again and again.

    Hello @amlouis,

    I just tested this on a local site and did not have any issue with the display name being set after registration. Can you share what you are using for user registration?

    WordPress User Registration does not collect a user’s first and last name by default, so if your registration page is capturing these fields please let me know what plugin so that I can test it.
