    Hello @craigmckee

    Thank you for reaching us.

I have checked both of your URLs and seems like the different font might be copied from any other place which has the same font. Kindly try to type that text or paste the copied text by Control+Shift+V instead of Control+V. Then any older formatting won’t be recorded and your new text will get the font from your site.

If you need any further assistance you can always create a new topic or contact us from here.

    Best Regards!

Hi, that’s exactly what I did but I wanted to force this because my Vendors won’t do this when the site goes live if that makes sense?

    Hello @craigmckee

I can understand your problem and I would like to help you with it. However, all the basic Text editor including the editor provided by WordPress itself has that feature. If you will don’t want to keep that then it will require proper customizations on the plugin which I am unable to provide as per our support policy. I believe you can understand.

I hope you will find the solution.

    Kind Regards!

@shafinahmad01 I understand that. Any pointers in the right direction would be appreciated.
