Force Cache Clear

    Hello,

    I need to force Robogallery to clear its cache so I can see some formatting updates that I’ve made. How can I manually force a Robo Gallery cache clear?

    Hello,

    We’re really appreciate that you use our gallery.

    When you open gallery for edit and click save button gallery regenerate cache automatically when you load page with this gallery first time.

    Please let me know if you’ll have some other gallery related questions.

    Thank you for getting back to me. Apparently, saving the gallery is not flushing my caches. I’ve saved both an updated gallery and by Master Gallery which I have set in the Clone Gallery section for the problem gallery. I’ve also cleared my CDN, host cache, and browser cache. Finally, I’ve set the Robo Gallery Cache timeout to 1 hour and waited 90 minutes. Still not update to the problem galleries. If I disable the cache in the problem gallery and save it, I immediately see my updates. If I then re-enable the cache in my problem galleries and save again, they revert to the old, non-updated versions.

    Looks like there is a problem with Robo Gallery cache updates here.

    Looks like it’s happening because of some permissions problems.

    Please try to check permissions for this folder: wp-content/plugins/robogallery/cache/css

    Make sure that this directory is writable.

    The permissions on wp-content/plugins/robogallery/cache/css are 0755 and all of the files in the directory are 0644. All of the .css files have dates/time of today and early this morning indicating that they are all updated totday. The index.html file in this directory is 0 bytes.

    These permission values are the same for all of the other plugin directories on our site.

    Today we’ll have gallery update , version 3.0.2 where we include set of fixes for the first gallery version 3 release.
    We’ll include some additional compatibility fixes and cache fixes. Please try to update gallery to the version 3.0.2 today and let me know if it’s not gonna help to your gallery cache issue.

    Sorry for some delay with reply.

    We do some additional tests for gallery cache will be tested more close before next week release.

    Please let me know if next gallery release do not fix your problem.
