Force admin login to backend only?

    I am running Woocommerce v3.0.7.

    Using a plugin that hides my backend login page wp-login.php for security reasons.
    But I’ve figured out that you can still login to WordPress admin via Woocommerce shop customer login page. If you login with admin credentials on the customer login page in woocommerce shop, then you will enter the WordPress administration mode with WordPress menus.

    Therefore it is useless to hide the backend login.

    Is there anyway to force the administrators to login only by using the backend and stop login through the customer login on the frontend??
