    Hi,

    I had a user try to submit a contact form on my website and they received the error message above “Forbidden: your request has been detected as spam”

    I can share their email in a private ticket.

    Is their email blacklisted? Can you help troubleshoot further?

    Hi Serge,

    Sure I will open a ticket there. Is there a reason why when I open the support tab on your website it takes me here to open the ticket initially? Can I not submit a ticket directly without contacting your team here first?
