    My clients are getting this thing out since last week, I have deactivated and installed the plugin again and marked as non-spam some requests. Please, can you help me? I’ll have to deactivate the plugin so you don’t lose sales…

    Hello @cottonsweet,

    Please, change these options:

    • WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings →
    • → set the option “Set cookies” to “Off” →
    • → set the option “Use CleanTalk JavaScript library” to “On” → Save Changes.

    Then refresh your website cache.

    Okay, I just did, I don’t get that mistake only if some client wants to tell me what’s going on…I’m not able to know if the online store is going well now. Thank you.
