    Still have this issue … I have tried various trouble shooting

    @jesslucyg Please inform me of the following so we can hopefully assist.
    – At what stage is this occurring, after setup or when opening any dashboard etc?
    – Please inform me what troubleshooting steps you’ve undertaken so far
    – Did you manage to resolve your hosting issues from the previous support topic?

    It might also be worth ensuring you have non secure (http) traffic redirected to your https website. If you are not sure your web hosting provider may be able to assist.

    Google kit says message: You need to reauthenticate your Google account. Click here

    then you have to sign in with Google and then it says: Grant Site Kit permission

    View and manage your AdSense data – Deny or Allow

    the next it says:

    After clicking allow then it says:
    Forbidden
    You don’t have permission to access / on this server.

    They were not replying to query of time outs so I asked to cancel my service with them

    SO I have now one month left and looking for new host…. pitty that Google doesn’t sell domain names to South Africa so will have to get another local provider. I found just need the funds to change.

    @jesslucyg just a quick update that I’m attempting to setup hosting/ an account for us to investigate further, but I’m running into a few issues doing so. I’ve contacted the hosting company. Hopefully we’ll get through soon.

    Everytime…. I dont mind if they dont know and just reply saying that instead of avoiding when I ask but also we are from South Africa so Im not sure if its a technology thing like asif its behind in technology for replying to tickets shame…. third world problems perhaps or just service problem?

    @jesslucyg could you update to version 1.4.0 and let us know if you still encounter the issue?
