"Forbidden" when not logged in

Whenever someone who is not logged in is trying to vote new window pop ups with message:
Forbidden You don't have permission to access /wp-login.php&poll_id=MTk=&is_modal=&vote_loading_image_target=eW9wX3BvbGxfdm90ZS1idXR0b24tMTlfeXA1NzJhMTBjNjM5Y2Nh&vote_loading_image_id=eW9wX3BvbGxfd29yZHByZXNzX2xvYWRpbmdfaW1nLTE5X3lwNTcyYTEwYzYzOWNjYQ==&vote_loading_image_alt=TG9hZGluZw==&vote_type=d29yZHByZXNz&unique_id=X3lwNTcyYTEwYzYzOWNjYQ==&poll_location=d2lkZ2V0 on this server.Shouldn’t that just redirect to login page? My login path is wordpress default.
