    Hi there,

I have installed Loco Translate and after I figured out how it works, I started using it for different plugins. Works fine.
Only plugin it doesn’t seem to work with is WooCommerce. To see if it was a problem on my end, I tried Loco Translate on 3 fresh WordPress – Woocommerce installs on different hostings and domains. Problem occurs every time with clean installs. No changes made after basic installation of the plugin.

Error I get is plain and non-explaining: Forbidden.

I already tried giving 777 permission to the files. Nothing works.

The problem only occurs and keeps occuring with WooCommerce plugin.

    Please help?

    Thanks in advance.

You can compile MO files from PO files using command line Gettext utilities. Or – probably better for you – use the offline POEdit program which includes it. (A quick google will find both)

I need to close this thread because I can’t offer any further advice. I appreciate you haven’t solved your issue, but this ticket can only be marked as “resolved”.
