Forbidden page in customization chart

    Hello,
    when i search for customize my mails, the customization menu load on the left part of the screen but in the right side i read that

    Forbidden
    you don’t have permission tho access this resource

    indeed i am administrator of the site.

    could you please help me in that?

    Hi @akube,

    We have tested this and the administrator user indeed has access to edit. As it is a site-specific issue, kindly check if the user has all capabilities enabled.
