*** Forbidden*** – Order denied

Hello!
Some customers have started to contact me about getting a “***Forbidden***” message when they are trying to place orders.
Some of these customers contacted me and I resolved it manually, but I noticed that I lost some orders, including from customers who have been buying for some time in our online shop.
This started to happen in the last few days frequently. It has happened before, but it but it happened rarely for customers to be prevented from making a purchase by a false positive.
I would like this resolved, as I cannot lose customers because of this error, much less lose orders.
Or I would like a setting where I could put it to not block new orders.
If such a function already exists please let me know.
Your help will be really appreciated.
