Forbidden error on wp-admin when tried to create a Dynamic Template

Looks like you don’t have privileges to access Email Subscribers menu. What access you have on this site?

It’s my site. I’m the administrator. Of course I have privileges.

I can access Email Subscribers menu. The problem is only when I try to add HTML to a new Dynamic Template. I can add it with plain text without a problem.

Can you please create a new administrator login and have a check from that login if you are able to access menu or not.

I created a new admin user, and tried to create that HTML template, but still having the same error.

The HTML have a size of 43KB, so that’s neither the problem (I checked it).

Looks like it is conflicting with some other plugins.
Could you please de-activate all other plugins except Email Subscribers and then have a check.
