Forbidden error on single product page

Thanks for reaching out!

I tried to deactivate all plugins and only activate woocommerce, and problem still exist. Does somebody haved similiar issue and how to fix it?

Could you please run a full theme/plugin conflict test by following the steps shown below?

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing the conflict.

Using a staging site would be a good idea. If your host doesn’t offer that option, we recommend WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.

Site was down for a while cuz of hosting, and now i back and we cant add product to cart on single product page, getting next error:
Forbidden
You do not have permission to access this document.

If the above conflict test doesn’t resolve the issue, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status to help us get more insight into the issue?

You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

Could you also look for any fatal errors under WooCommerce → Status → Logs and look for any recent Fatal Errors listed there?

Thanks for proactively eliminating this from the troubleshooting process. As a next step I would suggest clearing your site and browser cache:

If this makes no difference, please could you check the .htacess file. Please see the below guide, specifically Step 1: Check the .htaccess file, on how this can be accessed and what needs to be done:

Roxanne, I tried what You said and now I getting this error:

I getting this error even I try to enter category, open product, open product directly on link. I tried to reupload httacces but the error is same now.
I can add prodcut to cart directly from home page, but when i enter i getting this new error.
What to do now?

This error indicates your memory limit being exhausted. To resolve this issue you would need to increase your WordPress memory limit.

Below are some methods to try if you would like to do this on your own, alternatively you could reach out to your host provider to do this for you:

Edit your wp-config.php file
Add this to the top, before the line that says, “Happy Blogging”:

define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’);

Edit your PHP.ini file
If you have access to your PHP.ini file, change the line in PHP.ini
If your line shows 64M try 256M:

memory_limit = 256M ; Maximum amount of memory a script may consume (64MB)

Edit your .htaccess file
If you don’t have access to PHP.ini try adding this to an .htaccess file:

php_value memory_limit 256M

It doesnt generate new httacces and there is 404 error, when I reupload back up and refresh then error is in adding to cart on single product page.

This error was coming from the plugin named “wordpress-seo”. Please consider disabling that.

Hi,

I sent email to hosting to increase memory to 512mb.

I fixed this, I haved backup version of website about month ago, and copy and replace httacces from there, reinstalled wordpress and deleted last added products from today and now working fine. I will wait 24h then i will mark subject resolved! ??
