Forbidden error in console

I’m trying to upload my CSV file, the progress bar hits the end and nothing happens. So when I looked in the chrome console I see this:
Inbox – [email protected] – Outlook (Product Activation Failed)
All file permissons are default, however I did try change the /js and /uploads to 777 and still did not work. Any ideas?
Running a standard LAMP stack and Plesk
