    Hello there,

    After moving to another domain, everything seems to be working fine except the calendar.

    The issues im facing are as following:

    1. When clicking on an event i get the following message on the popup “Forbidden. You do not have permission to access this document.”

    2. When a column of a day does not have an event then it shrinks (width gets smaller). How can i make it stay static so it can have the same width as other columns that have events? So basically i need all date cells to have the same width either they have events or not. It has to also be responsive!!

    Please help me asap as the site is already live!!

    Thank you very much in advance!

    @web-mania,

    Thanks for contacting us.The first issue is related to your permissions. Please make sure that spider-calendar plugin folder has 755 or higher permission as a folder, otherwise its content will not be recalled. Another cause of the issue might be if you use different URLs for the back end and front end of the site (admin and actual site).

    As for the second issue, unfortunately this cannot be fixed since it will influence the responsiveness of the plugin. Thus it will have width based on the content. Thanks.

    Hello there,

    I seem to have the same issue again.

    I have tried the settings you mentioned but still cant get to view the event.

    Can you please give me other clues or where the problem might be?
