    Hi,

    One of my websites with your plugin installed, marks all form-submissions made from mobile devices as forbidden. We are using elementor forms (all pluging are up-to-date). Submitting the form from a laptop device is working.

    How to resolve this issue?

    Hello @e-marquers @webaffinity

    Please, check and change these options first:

    • WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings →
    • → set the option “Set cookies” to “Off” →
    • → set the option “Use CleanTalk JavaScript library” to “On” → Save Changes.

    Then refresh your website cache. It should fix the issue.

    Hi,

    Cookies were already set to off, but turning the option “Use CleanTalk JavaScript library” to “On” did the trick.

    Submissions from mobile devices is working now.
