Forbidden error

    Please check https://www.trucharts.com/blog/

    It shows error

    “Forbidden

    You do not have permission to access this document.
    Web Server at trucharts.com”

    if I add index.php then it works, also same error for “Leave a comment” click for post..

    I have hosted this blog at windows VPS,

    Any little help is highly appreciated.

  • You need to set index.php as your default document on your server. Your host should be able to help you with that.

    Senff is right, you’ll need the file index.php in order to get any site to pop up at all.

    However, I’m curious if you’re having an issue because of an incorrect installation of WordPress?

    Logging into your host account, it’s easiest to set up WordPress using their 1-click installation services that most hosts offer. I would backup your site (on desktop), and wipe your website clean from your domain online.

    Then use the 1-click install service so that WordPress is properly installed on your online website server.
