Good evening, congratulations on your plugin.

I tried to write to you through your site but the form returns an error on submit

We are experimenting with the widget builder.
We have seen that we can insert php code in addition to html, css and javascript.
By necessity, some php functions we are testing need to generate additional styles or javascript inside the php function itself.
We noticed that adding tags like <style> </style>, <script> </script>, <link rel = “”>, an error occurs when saving.
Could this mistake be avoided? It would be very important for us to allow us to create a custom widget.

    Thanks so much,
    kind regards.
    Maurizio

    Hello @lianix ,

Thanks for your interest in our plugin. Can you please explain the requirement a bit more? It would be better if you could share a screencast/video about it. We will try on our end as well to reproduce it.

Waiting for your valuable response and we are always here to help you.

    Regards,
    Benjir

    Example: SCREENSHOT LINK

    Hello.
What I mean is that the editor does not save the changes if I code certain html tags, in the example it is the <style> </style> tag, but it also happens with <script> </script>, <link rel = “”>, <iframe> and other tags.
Is it possible to unlock this thing? Because as you can see in the example we need to call certain styles directly in the php functions, without using the css tab provided by your plugin.

    Regards.

    Hey @lianix ,

Please check this screencast first. Here you can see I have added interenal CSS inside the PHP block and it work fine on widget built with Widget builder.

So, I am assuming there is another issue that is restricting you to cause the error shown on the screenshot you have given earlier. Try to just put a simple CSS code like I have and hopefully you will find the issue you have in your custom code.

    Benjir

I tried on another clean installation of wordpress, in fact you are right, the problem does not arise.
Surely there is a plugin that conflicts at this point.
Thank you, I have other questions but on another topic, I will open a tick on purpose.

Thank you so much for the help.

    Regards.
