    Hello

I just conect mysefl thought a client account.

I tried to buy some elements and add a coupon but when I tried to add it, I received this message:

    *** Forbidden. Anti-Spam by CleanTalk. ***

    Why?

Strangely I noticed that in the top admin bar, now CleanTalk doesn’t appear anymore.

And in admin setup there are no more details on the defense.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @domtom123,

Most likely, your site?uses?a caching plugin, and some visitor parameters are transmitted incorrectly. It causes some incorrect filtering. Please do the following:?
    1) WordPress Admin Page —> Settings —> Anti-Spam by CleanTalk —> Advanced settings —> set the option “Set cookies” to “Store data in the website database (alternative?mechanism)”?—> Save Changes.

    2) Clear all cache on your site.

    Did it help?

    Hello

another time, I connected as a member to add some products to his cart and when I used a Promo code I received the message.

I had to stop your plugin to fix it.
