    Thanks for reaching to us. You would need to change the sharing/permissions for your folder dlm_upload. If the issue persists, please do reach us out.

    heyaaaa,

    yup, ive change the permissions of the whole folder together with the contents themselves. But the problem still persists.

    Currently as a stop gap measure, ive temporarily hosted my downloadable stuffs on google drive but that doesnt help much. Cos if they happen to share the links ard, that would bypass my whole site and your app. lol

    I really hope, this and the compatibility issue with mike’s Download Monitor get resolved soon.

    First of all sorry for the delayed response. Can you kindly switch on the wp-debug and send us the error file as its very difficult to comment on the possible reason of the issue. We either need to get into the admin panel or we would need the error file.

    hi there, i had a quick google abt wp-debug but im still unsure on how i should switch it on.

    ok, just an update. I did a test and managed to get the plug in to work. ??
    Few qs,

    – will you be adding a download monitor function to this app soon and would you or anyone else find it useful?

    – and if not, would there be an import/export function to get my download via Download Monitor by mike and use this instead.

    – or, if by any chance that someone would make this all work together.

    Im looking for a download monitor function which mike’s plug in has been great and served real well, but i just hope to be able to add some virality/mileage to certain downloads and your plug in popped up into the radar.

    oh dear, i may have jumped the gun a lil bit. Got overly excited when the fb share popup appeared, and thot that it was all ok.

    I have the same prob when i tried to share though.
